Absolutely love Spring. Top notch experience from end to end. Dr Fisher and his care team are the best. These are small bits but if looking for areas of improvement - 1) some blood draws were much more painful than Others so just training all staff to do it the same way would be great. Also, this isn�t on Spring but they partner with CVS to deliver meds and CVS never called me to schedule delivery. After lots of waiting and panicking as I got close to my start date, I proactively called the 1-800 number and they rush ordered my shipment.

There were instances where I would run out of medications and had to rush to coordinate with Alto Pharmacy to provide the medication needed. It would be great to have a better system to notify patients of when more medications are needed ahead of time before they run out and have to scramble to get the needed meds. There were also times when I would call the office and leave a message to get a hold of a nurse and no one would return my call. Lastly, there was very little communication with the patient navigator and more interaction and communication with the nurses. Overall, the nurses were really helpful and polite.
