My nurse (Darcy) made me feel as though questions I had were an imposition on her time. She didn�t discuss my day 3 embryo report with me and instead just uploaded it to the portal. I had no idea what the results meant. She didn�t send my day 6 report until I followed up when it was late and asked where it was. I did not have a positive experience with her and feel disappointed by these interactions. Everything else about the ivf process was positive and professional apart from her.
