To be perfectly honest, when I first started at Spring everything seemed like it was great. My nurse Becca was very thorough and would be on top of every certain protocol. I changed during my protocol once she left. Honestly, after that I felt like I had to be more on top of things. It was a bit frustrating but it just felt like getting a hold of any of the nurses was impossible. I felt like things had shifted over night. I had a great experience with Doctor Minajarez and all of the medical assistants and front desk staff. My biggest hiccup was the nursing team. This is not to say that I didn't like my nurse. I feel like my nurse is extremely competent and nice. It just felt like she and other nurses when I called were slammed.
