I wasn�t told that I had to tell the team when my CD1 started after my ER. Also I had to ask my nurse to order my medications and checked in multiple times. Everything ended up fine but it was stressful to be tracking down medications the night before my FET or a couple days before I needed my trigger medication. There are small details that had I had not proactively reached out about, probably would have been missed. Overall though, I am still very happy with Spring and my doctor. There�s just a couple things that could be tightened up in the process!

Went through the process somewhere else and the level of care is night and day. We really appreciated always having someone available to answer our questions immediately. The level of care and concern was very much appreciated.
