Im hard of hearing and it was very difficult to hear Dr okeigwe as she was walking me through the transfer process in the room. She also didn�t ask if I had any questions it was very quick and felt like a quick transaction. Would have loved a bit more explanation of the quality of my embryo to make me feel a bit more confident

Dr Reddy and my nurse Tiffany did such an excellent job from the very start. I felt very supportive and everything went so smoothly. I was never blindsided. Dr Reddy was very transparent and realistic. She educated me during all my ultrasound appointments. I felt so relieved knowing it was her doing my retrieval and transfer. Tiffany was very communicative through phone and the salve app. I never had to worry about her being on top of my care.
