Overall, I am very happy with the experience and service provided. There were a few moments when I had questions for my nurse after hours about symptoms that I was experiencing, and I didn�t get a response until the next morning, which was frustrating. I sent a message, I called the number and left a voicemail around 78 pm and I really hoped the nurse would get back to me before midnight that evening. And all those instances the symptoms weren�t life threatening, and the nurse just sent me a two sentence message or a 2 minute calk the next day. but I spent the whole night worrying about it. I didn�t feel confident if something really serious were to happen that I would get the response in time to know what to do.
