The actual ovary growing process was a little more painful then I expected, but it was all worth it.

Every part of this journey was clear and I never felt like anything happened unexpectedly or without explanation. However, I have my concerns about the caliber of recovery room nurses who provided care for me. The nurse that took care of me the day of the procedure attempted IV insertion unsuccessfully twice. I have very good veins and while I was watching her technique, she did not even use a flush to draw back blood and confirm she was in my vein.

Honestly, it was the first time I have ever felt seen and heard. I wish I could gocthrough an entire pregnancy coming here. The most inviting and liberating place. To be treated like a human and not just another patient felt amazing!

Overall wonderful experience. However I did feel as though I was left in the dark on the process. Being my first time it wasn�t entirely clear to me. They told me the lab would be closed during holidays but I didn�t understand how that would impact me until it was too late. It wasn�t clear I could only transfer one embryo until the day of the transfer which was distressing and disappointing. The team is wonderful and supportive but needs to work on clear communication and explanation

Everything was very unorganized and the registration team seems to be different from the clinic team and they give conflicting or wrong information. It has not been a smooth process but yet your clinic wants me to pay $25k to have a a baby rather than have human kindness and help understand and discuss all options to have a baby like humans should be able to do with reasonable help and not outrageous costs.
