Everything was very unorganized and the registration team seems to be different from the clinic team and they give conflicting or wrong information. It has not been a smooth process but yet your clinic wants me to pay $25k to have a a baby rather than have human kindness and help understand and discuss all options to have a baby like humans should be able to do with reasonable help and not outrageous costs.

More opportunities to speak with provider to understand treatment plans and how they�re chosen to fit patient�s particular situation would be helpful. Having discussion at start of family planning goals to inform fertility journey would have given me a better sense of managing expectations of treatment and timeline.

The whole Spring Fertility staff is amazing and it was a pleasure working with everyone. I would recommend that your office provide patients with bad news later in the day if possible.
