Dr Fisher is the best! Dr Dovey made us feel a bit like a burden.

I had a very positive experience and have recommended Spring to friends and will continue to do so. All the staff I encountered were positive and friendly. Communication through the app was fast and I got all questions answered. The only thing I will say is that it was confusing to me what the difference was between information and forms on the app versus on the desktop website. It would be nice if it was all through Salve and we could just log into Salve on a computer if necessary. Also, some of the instructions Spring provided for medication said that certain meds were stored at room temp when they actually should have been refrigerated. I messaged the nurse team about it and they said they�d revise them. Overall I�m very happy with my experience. Oh one more thing - I saw on the website some assurances that eggs were stored in a facility that was earthquake safe, but when I asked staff about that they seemed unsure what earthquake precautions were taken. It would be good to be able to be very clear about this given where we live.

Very thoughtful and always makes me feel heard during a vulnerable time. Dr. Fisher is very gentle during procedures and compassionate. My Nurse, Tiffany, also is very prompt in her responses. Great team!
