Dr. Hancock & Valerie are the best! They made the whole experience good for me.

I love dr Fischer, Kaela and the whole staff. Most of my appts were on time but there were a couple that were ~20 min behind schedule

I would have liked a bit more info and checks leading up to the transfer. It would have been helpful for a nurse to show us exactly where to do the PIO injections so we would be less nervous. I also would have liked another ultrasound closer to the actual transfer date to check the uterine lining/hormone levels, even if just for peace of mind.

I had one of the best medical experiences of my life at Spring. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and attentive to all my needs. I am recommending Spring to everyone I know.

The care team is very thorough but I wish the time with the main provider was less limited and rushed.

I am obsessed with Dr. Heyward. He always made me feel heard and cared for. My low AMH required an adjusted protocol, and he was present every step of the way � including an 11pm phone call that made me feel completely safe. I got the best possible outcome given my odds, and that�s thanks to him <3

I am very grateful for the team at Spring and all their support. I felt supported throughout my entire cycle and in preparation for the cycle. I was somewhat confused sometimes who I was connecting with via the portal because all the messages often ended up in the same thread and I only spoke with my provider occasionally via phone/appointment. But whether it was a nurse, patient navigator, on-call team member, or other staff member, everyone was kind and helpful. I do think the overall process has a lot of moving parts and some confusion is due in part to that, but the Spring team does a great job of helping clarify as much of the ambiguity as possible. I have recommended Spring to several others already.
