Dr. Fischer, Dr. Kappy, and all doctors, nurses, and those who drew blood were fantastic! Dr. Fischer made all appointment fun, enjoyable, and informative. Dr. Kappy was the best during my egg retrieval. She and the medical assistant made sure I was comfortable during my first procedure ever using anesthesia. I am forever grateful. And recovery was much easier than expected. I could not have asked for a better team and I miss coming in to see them. My first care coordinator was not great but the rest were terrific. The videos were very helpful when it came to injections and I appreciated that the nurse helped me with injections during visits. The medications were easy to order and I appreciated how upfront Spring was about the cost. I am very satisfied and would easily pick Spring again!

Honestly best experience and team I felt supported the whole time

I felt that some of the info around obtaining medications were confusing. My nurse was super helpful and ultimately helped to order what I needed on time and at the best cost. I think clarity around timing of when you can order medicine with spring (the offered package) should be more clear. I spoke to someone in finance who told me one thing ( that I was still able to order) and once I inquired about it it was too late. Overall it did not deter from my positive experience with Dr Kappy, Moira and the rest of the team.

Everything was great as usual! I would prefer if bloodwork was automatically uploaded to the portal so that I wouldn�t need to ask to see them.

I have already recommended Spring! The only issue was with billing. I was overcharged on several occasions and getting it rectified with my insurance was a nightmare.
