Having done 4 retrievals at another clinic I was expected the same treatment and my expectations were beyond exceed. It is clear that Spring has a patient focused approach and it shows in how well you communicate with your patients to how kind and caring the staff are. The warm blankets and than you chocolates are just an added bonus! Thank you for everything.

Overall embryo transfer experience was great! My care team was communicative and helpful. Only minor note was that communication with finance was sometimes confusing. We paid for our transfer using personapay before the transfer, only to be told we had a balance due the day we arrived. It took several more back and forth messages to get it cleared up. Finance didn�t seem aware of what had been paid. Why have us use personapay if finance is going to then ask us for a balance that has already been paid?

I love Spring! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. You have the monitoring appointments down pat. I was expecting this to be an incredibly difficult process, but you made it so easy and I�m so glad I did it!

Was not told ahead of time not having a support person would be considered me signing out AMA. Coming alone was offered as an option and i was told tbere would be a waiver, very dfferent language..

Every single person who helped me at Spring was kind, available, and met me exactly where I was. If anything, I think my expectations for side effects during recovery could have been talked about a little bit more beforehand, just so I was more emotionally prepared for the level of recovery that I might need. I'd suggest letting people know that you may need almost a full week before returning to work, depending on the type of work you do. With a grain of salt, of course, as everyone's recovery is different, but giving more of a range of recovery needs would be helpful to manage expectations. Besides that minor detail, every aspect of my care was so incredible - thank you!!

I have had such a wonderful experience with everyone I have come in contact at Spring! Dr. Hancock has been amazing. I had some unforeseen complications after the retrieval that landed me in the hospital and Dr. Hancock called me on Thanksgiving day because she saw my message in the portal and told me I should go to the ER. I had a nurse checking in on me every day since then and have felt so cared for and supported by everyone!
