Would recommend Dr. Hancock and team to anyone considering. Could be more transparent about skewed outcomes of pain post procedure, maybe unique to me but was a lot more pain than I expected. I think the discharge document has a lower dosage for Tylenol/Advil than what Dr. Hancock said I could be taking. Thank you!

I think there are little things that could have made the experience perfect. For example, texts and medication instructions had the wrong patient's name, some info wasn't consistently shared across all parties, and wrong dates written in instructions (missmatch of date written and weekday mentioned, etc.). The little details, but overall happy with my experience!

I think the only area for improvement is the financial education / process conponent
