Dr Yoder and the care team are very supportive. For me, medication instructions via Zoom call is not the same thing as in person or phone comm. I liked the fact that the team sent an email with the instructions right after going over the instructions through the phone. That was helpful. I already told the pharmacy they needed to make it very clear which medicine needs to be refrigerated upon delivery. Lastly, I would encourage the team to provide Only specialist recommendations that are Covered by Insurance.

I really appreciated the ease of scheduling the ultrasounds, and that I was able to do them before work. I also really appreciated the snacks and drinks in the lobby, as I often gave blood before I�d had breakfast. The communication around everything was very clear, and I had no surprises throughout what was a fairly involved process. I started a new job right before the egg freezing cycle and was nervous about being able to pull it all off, but Spring was so well organized that we did it!
