I love my team - Dr Hancock, Valerie, Emily, and everyone else. I feel very lucky to be in such good hands. All the girls at the reception always greet me so cheerily and the nurses who do my bloodwork are the sweetest.

I had a wonderful experience at Spring! Ive done many egg freezing rounds previously at different facilities and Dr. Hancocks protocol was easier and more effective. She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind! My PN Emily did an amazing job and was super responsive and helpful. Dr. Hancocks entire team did a great job!

I appreciate the procedure was done with skillful and smooth way. However I had to fall severely ill prior to the procedure and had to go through the procedure in unpleasant way. Unfortunately it turned that doctor did not check hormone level and she seemed to rely on the blood work done 3 months ago. We both agree by the third month of retrieval that standard protocol was not workable. My case was rare and there was no past reference available I was told. Upon third time of egg retrieval, she graciously leave the final decision to spring fertility. It was very much disappointing to hear merely the standard protocol was applied this time with not much care and respect was given. The study shows that prior to menopause there is chance that progestron level could be increased and I suspect that the progestron medication could have been sufficient and no additional injection could have been possibly unnecessary. Finding out this after going through procedure, I felt very unpleasant and unsafe. I never heard patient going through the procedure that ill with hormones level unchecked. I wished that procedure was prepared with at most care. We never know how the wellness of the patient affected the result. At least I wanted to go through this process in reasonable manner to me. I expected the same care to the end of the whole process. Just sharing, I compared with the volume of medication that was used for egg retrieval. The japans clinic I went used the half or more less volume of medication. I shared sensitivity of mine and my concerns about medication since egg retrieval process with doctor and I also specifically stated my preference of date of the procedure. But none of these seemed to have taken into account this time unfortunately. Secondly, it was very unfortunate that we were not given opportunity to discuss over how and when to preserve embryos, the most crucial part of this process. By the time of 3rd egg retrieval, we were aware that I was ill and transfer would be expected months ahead. We did not need to wait for months to see the outcomes of possibility of two days progress of 8 cell becoming blastocyst. Obviously assistant didnt explain well. Also I feel it was inappropriate Dr. Hanckok never brought this up to us. We definitely needed to put sufficient consideration on this choices together. I think the Japanese clinics strategy more patient oriented, their suggestion was to test the embryo before storing. I wonder if this most important decision of test the embryo or not, for the exceptional case of mine, was made in accordance with spring futility or solely decided by her.

As to the medication prescribed, there was a big amount of left over in the end and I wish it could be more considrate when ordering. As it is not environmentally friendly too so. Other than this. I was very happy with the care provided. Thank you very much. Lastly I wish I could have informed there would be adjustments there for I could order accordingly.
