The instructions in the app for my priming medications were incorrect. They didn�t match what it said on the prescription bottle and I had to call over the weekend to clarify. I wasn�t sent all the proper consent forms before starting my treatment, and had to fill out a form after my initial baseline appt. No one called with my day 6 report and I had to message in to get someone to call with the results. Lastly, the day I was supposed to trigger I didn�t receive a call with medication instructions until 430PM which was needlessly stressful.

I�ve been so impressed with Spring Fertility, Dr. Hancock and the whole team. This has been the best medical experience I�ve encountered in my life. I appreciate that Dr. Hancock is involved every step of the way in each check in, and is very caring and reassuring. I wish I could continue at Spring for all my OBGYN needs!

The experience at Spring is far superior from the warm care team (all of them!) to the procedures to medication delivery to efficiency and clarity of finances to the punctual and clear explanation of results.
