Would love to have the post-op consultation be closer to the procedure date, felt long to wait 1 week

From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. I felt cared for and supported every step of the way by Dr. Hancock, her team and the rest of the staff.

I had an amazing experience with Spring! I've already highly recommended it to my network. I might have missed this but it could have been helpful to have a list of phone numbers for different things (like "Afterhours Questions - use this number" or "Scheduling Questions" or "Medication Questions") I often found myself not sure where to go. But I did always end up getting an answer! I appreciate my nurse Brooke doing a Zoom with me to help administer a medication virtually - it really helped! One last piece of feedback is that I asked my care team about waiting to order a refill on my stims b/c a refill was going to be ~$5K. They said they'd let me know later that day. I ended up having to order the refill anyway otherwise I would've ran out of time to refill the prescription and then I basically only used 1 pen from that $5K medication refill. It's a bummer but I know these things are hard to predict. All in all - I had a really positive experience and Dr. Yoder was wonderful to work with!

Dr. Klatsky was very approachable and did a great job walking through his thinking and proposed protocol. I appreciated the hands on approach. Also, maybe it was because it was a later time in the day but there was minimal wait

So far everything has been better than expected
