So far everything has been better than expected

Spring Fertility was absolutely amazing, the staff, and doctor were very welcoming and informative.

Dr. Klatsky was very approachable and did a great job walking through his thinking and proposed protocol. I appreciated the hands on approach. Also, maybe it was because it was a later time in the day but there was minimal wait

There were two areas with room for improvement: 1/ wait time and initial staff interactions. I arrived a few minutes early for my 10:30 appointment but ended up waiting half an hour. There was a warm handoff to a staff member, but I was the wrong patient. I should have confirmed my name and DOB, but Dr. Klatsky assumed I was the patient I was supposed to see. (All Asians don�t look the same!!) That all said, I have a tremendous amount of respect for Dr Klatsky as founder and experienced clinician. 2/ I had a negative experience with the phleb, Laura. She came off as nervous during my blood draw and had to poke my arm five separate times to get my vein. (I�ve had hundreds of blood draws in my life and never experienced such difficulty.) She also had difficulty getting my temperature, attempting for 3-4 minutes before giving up. For less tenured phlebotomists, additional training or supervision may be beneficial.

Dr. Hancock and all of the nurses were the most incredible team to guide me through this process. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the outreach from the anesthesiologist and surgical nurse prior to the procedure. I felt extremely safe and cared for during this process and I will recommend Spring to everyone.

Dr. Hancock and the entire nursing team were so wonderful in guiding me through this process. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear from the surgical nurse and anesthesiologist prior to the retrieval. That additional contact brought me a lot of comfort going into the procedure. I really cannot thank the whole team enough for getting me through the cycle. I will be recommending Spring to everyone.
