Spring is the absolutely best. I felt so taken care of and safe and handheld throughout the entire journey. Can�t recommend more highly!

I had a wonderful experience! Thank you so much to Sam, Brooke, and my other nurses. Everything went so smoothly and I always felt prepared for what�s next. I appreciate all the quick responses on Salve and phone check-in as well. Thanks to Dr. Klatsky for a smooth retrieval. And huge thanks to Dr. Fischer for such a great overall process. Her reassurance throughout and patience answering questions always made me feel at ease.

Having an on-site acupuncturist would alleviate stress during the day of transfer.

Overall good experience. Minor areas for improvement: learned that Alto does not deliver to where we live, despite being told that they do. Also, didn�t feel like we had a good idea of what to expect in terms of attrition of each stage of embryo process so felt a bit disappointed at the end.

This was my second egg freezing cycle at spring, but they were 1.5 years apart. When I returned for this cycle, there was never any sort of refresh done on my latest medical history, medications, etc. and no game plan made with my provider. This led to multiple false starts with my cycle and even on the day of my retrieval still having my current medications and health history incorrect in my records, which concerned me that they weren�t actually able to tell me if I should�ve been staying on/going off meds, or if there could�ve been implications. Further, it wasn�t always clear to me that my care team was referencing my prior results unless I explicitly asked. I realize they likely were, but it would be helpful to communicate that throughout. Finally, despite having a greater number of eggs to start, I ended up with a much worse outcome, and I worry there could�ve been ways to monitor for this type of issue throughout the cycle. It�s a tough feeling when the doctor you�re trusting to help you get the best outcome just says �I don�t know what happened� as an explanation

I truly cannot express what a positive experience it was freezing my eggs at Spring and specifically having Dr. Fischer as my provider. I completely trusted her with my care and didn�t just feel like a number. I knew she was in charge of my care plan and doing everything possible to get the best and safest outcome. Truly so grateful to have her as my provider!

amazing experience, so much easier than anticipated! i have recommended Spring and Dr Fischer to all my friends and coworkers. An amazing environment where I felt welcomed and cared for! The webinar and medication videos in particular were so helpful and clear. They did a great job making those. Thank you for everything!
