Your staff is so kind, the office environment is relaxed and clean, the communication via the app, as well as phone calls was ideal for someone like me who works long hours and can�t always answer the phone. I felt educated and informed along the way. I�ve already recommended Spring to several friends!

Every member of the medical staff is so good but the experience with finance was so bad I don�t know if I could recommend it

Only comment is it felt like Dr K may not have had sufficient time to review my medical records beforehand even though they�d been sent weeks prior. He seemed caught up by the end of the call though, and they are extensive so perhaps it was just due to sheer volume.

I like the office decor (cozy and home like as opposed to typical doc offices), I love that my primary doctor performs my ultrasounds and retrieval, I love the app and ease of communication and storage of instruction docs and result reports

Dr Yoder, her team, and the staff not only were incredibly knowledgeable but able to explain those things to me as a patient in a sound and understandable way. And the front desk staff & anesthesiologist were great too.
