I�m very satisfied with my initial consultation at Spring. I found my doctor very knowledgeable and competent, and the staff members friendly and helpful. However, the registration process and my interaction with customer service on the phone was a little frustrating. Before booking the appointment, I specifically asked at which point in my menstrual cycle should I plan to come given the tests I planned to take, which includes HSG, and was explicitly told it doesn�t matter. But during my consultation, I found that I had to come back for my HSG because I�d just ovulated, and HSG has to be done after the period and before ovulation. In addition, before my visit I was emailed a QR code to access the building. The code couldn�t load on my phone, so I called customer service, was put on hold twice, before they told me I�d definitely need the QR code to access the building, and that they�d send it again to my email. The second email never came. Luckily for me, the building didn�t require a QR code either - so the information given to me on the phone was wrong in multiple regards. I wish the facility could have better staff on the back end to make the process smoother and less confusing for patients.

I thought it was a fantastic experience. The only reason I said somewhat for the side effects was because I didn�t realize that the bloating was off/on in the beginning, so I just thought I was going to get much much worse, but my doctor clarified after I asked. Secondly, I didn�t hear anything about the hormonal crash that comes afterwards. I had some friends that warned me thankfully, so I was able to understand the 12 hours of doom and gloom my brain went through after the retrieval.

I wasn�t quite sure on the role of the patient care coordinator, given I often interacted directly with the nurses. Otherwise had a great experience - all appointments were punctual, quick, and most importantly I felt my expectations were extremely well managed throughout the process. It went better than I had thought it would do so will definitely be recommending to friends!
