I really enjoyed my experience, especially with my care team. Everyone was available for questions or got back to me in a timely manner. Appointments were efficient and I was never waiting too long. I really appreciate the care from spring, my doctor, (Yoder), nurses and the rest of the team. I also appreciated the front desk, nice to see a friendly face, especially when. You go in daily so shout out to them.

Are you kidding me? You killed my best embryo because of incompetence. A mock transfer or HSG should have been offered, which I learned later about. I shouldn�t have to play Dr. Sherlock Holmes when I pay you $30k for your expertise. My husband and I are devastated.

I�m not sure who�s title is who I�m pretty sure that the nurse who came and got me out of the waiting room and put me back in the room was very very kind and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Dr. Kalasky was also very very kind and also made sure I had everything I needed. There was another. I wanna say Nurse in there who was kinda bringing the vibe down like upset and kinda irritated and loud where everyone could hear I didn�t really interact with the embryologist, but as far as I know, he was nice and very concise.

This is the best medical office/experience I've ever had. Every nurse, doctor, genetic counselor, patient advocate, receptionist, etc. are as kind, caring, empathetic, etc. as can be. If only every medical experience could be like this!
