My overall experience with Spring has been phenomenal. I genuinely cannot imagine going through this process any where else.

Just keep doing what you�re doing! Couldn�t have had a better experience with spring or asked for more during the whole experience!

The Lupron trigger was on the list of medications to purchase, but Dr. klatsky preferred gonal-f as a trigger. This is money wasted for the patient. Please be clear on prescriptions in the future

I think visits were so quick that I would miss the opportunity to ask questions so giving a bit of less rushed energy so I feel more secure and supported during the process would go a long way.

I sadly wasn�t aware that refills were included in the medication plan quoted to me. So I found a company to finance the meds. Then ended up spending thousands on refills to only find out if I went through Spring I wouldn�t have had that cost. It was very frustrating and disheartening during an already stressful experience. Otherwise I loved my doctor and the care team and other communication and my experience at Spring!
