Loved my spring experience as always but it was tough doing my transfer in NY and appointments in SF. Lots of confusion each time i needed to schedule an appt, my careteam thought sf would lead scheduling and sf team always bounced me back to ny. It wouldve been nice to be assigned a temp care team or something in sf who could help, or allow ny care team to more easily schedule for me in Ca

Overall is great, glad I chose Spring to go through this hard process. Spring made it easy and comfortable for me, appreciate everyone�s help on this, especially Dr Yoder, Brooke, and Julia, and many others.????

I found it helpful talking through the options for purchasing the fertility medication and the estimated medication order was perfect (I did not need to order more).

It would have been nice to set expectations that multiple egg freezing rounds may be needed

I was absolutely amazed by the experience at Spring with Dr Klatsky and I recommend it absolutely everyone!! Stellar and I think better than anyone else�s experi once at other clinics that I�ve heard of. Thank you so much!!!
