Really pleased with my experiences at Spring. The entire staff was incredibly kind and patient and I was so impressed with how organized the process was. From the initial consult to the comms via the app to the retrieval, it was seamless and I felt so well cared for. Thank you team Spring - will continue to highly recommend to all friends and family.

Unfortunately experienced poor communication throughout my cycle which in my opinion resulted in some of my retrieval decisions being based off of wrong information.

Overall, i think there could be better communication than a bunch of Salve messages. The process is very overwhelming and numerous amounts of paperwork are thrown at you. I also didn�t receive one of the trigger shot medications and no one ever followed up as to why.
