The app is a bit clunky! I wish it connected better between the different areas. I found it hard to find things and the things that were checklists couldnt be checked off.

Dr Klatsky is fantastic as was all the staff I met. However, I had asked for a quick intro call with my assigned nurse, since she wasnt in to meet and wed be working closely together. Im disappointed that 2+ days later, I havent heard from her when the goal at Spring is a more concierge feel!

The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Every person encountered through the process was incredibly kind and welcoming and I didnt feel awkward through what is a very intimate process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have this procedure done.

Dr. Fischer and her team were beyond incredible! The overall experience felt like I had 1:1 support throughout. I have now recommended so many people since I loved my experience. Thanks again for helping me support my future!

Yes, the experience with alto pharmacy was the worst part of the experience. Two things: 1) they mislabeled my Lupron trigger as expired. On the night, we called alto they said it was IN FACT expired but days later they said it wasnt. I ended up taking HCG trigger as well since Dr Yoder (doc on call) wanted to make sure I was triggered. 2) alto charged me an additional $1225.00 for meds that was already paid for. I had to catch the mistake and ask them about it.

On the day of egg retrieval, the doctor who was doing my retrieval changed 3 times which was understandable due to availability. I just didnt know them so it was a bit surprising but they all were fantastic and it worked out great.

It was an awesome experience! The team is wonderful.
