Dr. Hancock and her team were really wonderful. I�d highly recommend her/Spring to anyone considering fertility treatments.

Logistics, as I articulated to my doctor, were really problematic and I was never told to order one of my trigger medicines and therefore didn�t have it on trigger night. My trigger process was not confirmed until 5 pm on a Sunday night, and I had to trigger st 1:30am because Spring had too many patients. That 36 hour process was horrible and for that reason I would not recommend spring even though my doctor was great
