Maggie and Sophie have been amazing as well as Dr Fischer. Madi (our nurse during retrieval) helped relieve the extreme anxiety I was having. We love the team at Spring and are so thankful

I think having more clarity or continued reminders of the breakdown of embryos, eggs, etc (ex: only 50% of embryos usually fertilize, etc) would have been helpful in planning my split cycle. I would have also loved a call or 1:1 session to go through all of the meds I received. The training videos were helpful but I had an abundance of things sent to me and missed some menopur vials and had to order more because they were in a totally different packaging than the rest of them. (A black envelope)

Dr Hancock was so incredibly calm patient informative and caring I cannot express how excellent my experience was!! Spring was truly first class experience for me. The one issue I experienced was Alto messing up one of my medication deliveries. Other than that A++!

Have done 4 rounds of egg freezing and Spring and cannot be more grateful for Dr. Hancock, all of the primary providers I�ve seen over the weekends, the nurses, and all of the OR nurses and team as well. For something that was so so scary to me, I feel so calm and welcome coming to each appointment!
