Spring is still better than the other clinics I used, but Spring used to be even better in 2022-2023 with my first cycles and baby. Might be miniscule, but the carbonated juice sweet drinks Spring used to have made each visit a happy experience. During the transfer in Jan 2023 we were given two chocolate candies and received amazing flowers by mail. The transfer instructions now were printed now really skewed on bad paper. Finally, the same doctor seems to be much more rushed than before. In 2022-2023 Spring was absolutely the best with no complaints at all, and I recommended it to all my friends and on Google internal forum (at least 2 got kids by now!). While now it seems they are more focusing on cost savings and higher throughput.

I literally cannot rave enough about Spring. From the nursing staff to the front desk and Dr. Klatsky and Dr. Hancock - the entire experience has been incredible so far

This was the best medical experience I�ve had. I�d recommend and have recommended this to my friends. Everyone on the team was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. My husband and I both wished this was our GP practice! No notes :)
