Spring really made this experience as easy as possible for me. Dr. Yoder and the care team were wonderful. Brooke was so responsive with any questions and concerns I had. I felt so comfortable with the doctors and nurses on the day of my retrieval. I�ve been recommending all my friends who are looking into freezing their eggs to go to Spring.

The entire process was not only very easy and seamless, it was extremely comforting for such a scary and new situation / territory. The office itself was bright and welcoming, and the front desk staff were lovely. Dr. Hancock was amazing -- truly so warm and comforting, informative, and patient. It barely felt like a doctor's appointment, in the best way. The nursing staff and navigators were also absolutely lovely and warm. I have a major fear of needles and getting blood drawn, and the staff -- especially the supervisor who ultimately drew blood for me -- were incredible. I know that if and when we decide to move forward with treatment, we are in great hands.
