Dr. Fischer has a great and caring way to explain complex sensitive topics. I really appreciate the time she took to listen first and then share her recommendations. The rest of the staff were also very nice and competent. Thank you!

I came in expecting an A+ experience at Spring because of how it advertised itself and felt I got a B/B- experience. Everything was still overall fine, but I felt multiple times I had to raise my hand instead of having my hand held. A few examples: Bloodwork uploaded 3 weeks late after labcorp sent it three days / having nurses suggest appointment times that overlapped with medication training sessions I'd already signed up for, getting almost zero info sheets about medication and having to take crazy notes over the phone to understand what i needed to order, quantities, and different pharmacy options (I'm still shocked there was no list explaining this - this was one of the worst parts about the process, I felt fully on my own here, especially because spring pulled their medication package abruptly during this time) / raising my hand about health issues like a cyst and low AMH and being told they wouldn't be an issue b/c i had a lot of follicles and then hearing my doctor reference both issues to back-rationalize less than positive egg retrieval results / having my post-procedure consultation being moved by Spring without additional time slots to make it up that same week ... etc. etc. there were some moments that were really great (Valerie gave me some extra medication Spring had, which was so appreciated, and generally people were very nice), but overall for 10,700 bucks I felt like I had to be following up and Spring was not nearly proactive enough about certain things. it just felt like I was still a number and Spring has too many patients. I think it would also definitely benefit Spring and patients to do another session before medication begins to explain morning monitoring, what you're measuring, how follicles work, etc. I felt I was learning things in real time about the process and always felt like there was not a ton of time to explain what was happening in each ultrasound appointment. Overall, what I was hoping would feel like a powerful journey of choosing to take my fertility health into my own hands felt full of confusion and an impersonal interactions, even though the overall experience at spring was still quite efficient ... the process still had enough blips that it was not an A+ seamless and frictionless experience.

My experience with Spring has been beyond my expectations. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. The practice is run so efficiently but also with care and attention.

I had a lovely experience!

The form had very limited word count for the visit goals so could be longer

I loved all the experiences but I was told to order extra meds from my pharmacy cause I ran out and I was charged out of pocket (~$2k) and no one seems to really know what happened or how to resolve.

Loved it!
