The entire process was not only very easy and seamless, it was extremely comforting for such a scary and new situation / territory. The office itself was bright and welcoming, and the front desk staff were lovely. Dr. Hancock was amazing -- truly so warm and comforting, informative, and patient. It barely felt like a doctor's appointment, in the best way. The nursing staff and navigators were also absolutely lovely and warm. I have a major fear of needles and getting blood drawn, and the staff -- especially the supervisor who ultimately drew blood for me -- were incredible. I know that if and when we decide to move forward with treatment, we are in great hands.

I was very impressed with everything every step of the way. My only tip would be when calling, sometimes it�s hard to get reception on the phone. But Dr. Yoder, Brooke, Samantha, and everyone else were fantastic and I felt supported the entire time. I will come back if I decide to do another round! Thank you!
