While there were a few small hiccups along the way, I truly appreciated how attentive the staff were to my concerns. They listened carefully, addressed any issues promptly, and provided reassuring updates throughout my visit. One standout moment was when the physician personally came out to greet me in the lobby before my consultation. This thoughtful gesture made me feel valued and set a comforting tone for the rest of my appointment.

The doctor and nurse made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable, with the doctors encouraging words and the nurse�s steady hand on my shoulder. Very thankful for the level of care they provided.

Finance department is not great. I request for phone calls but don't get phone calls, only text replies through app. Hard to talk to finance. One time I told receptionist I didn't hear back from finance, and finance replied back to her. But never replied to me on the portal. I had more than questions. Except for finance dept, everyone else is great. Finance dept hasn't been great from the beginning. How hard is it to pick up the phone and call?

We had been to another practice prior to Spring and our experiences were night and day. We appreciated the knowledge and support all of the staff provided at Spring. We do not know what our final outcome is yet but I would be more than happy to sing springs praises at any opportunity.

I have done 2 cycles- first with the spring medication package and the 2nd as self pay. While I understand the complexities of being able to anticipate the medication dosages needed during a regimen, in both I still found the process wasteful with the amount of medication and other supplies that I purchased and were not used. Luckily spring takes any unused supplies as donations but I can�t help but wonder that there can�t be another way to not waste these supplies and as the pt not incur so much cost. It was sometimes challenging to go between the salve app for messages and notifications and the online/ desktop version of the site to sign documents and access other documents. While I think the salve app was very user friendly and quite useful, would be great if all systems were merged into one platform for the pt to use. Greatly appreciate the care of my providers and team that I worked with!!!

Great overall experience, also extremely happy with Dr. Klatsky�s ability to maximize the number of eggs retrieved through a custom protocol. 10/10 would recommend. The only piece of constructive feedback is that sometimes appointments felt rushed due to how busy the doctor was.

Everything about my care at Spring was exceptional! I had not the best experience with my nurse Maddy on the day of retrieval and I�d prefer to not work with her again. She wasn�t a great fit for me, but she may be for other people. Otherwise, every provider experience was above and beyond, and Dr Handcock is incredible. I�ve already recommended Spring to a number of friends!

Spring offered the best experience. The entire staff was kind and supportive, the process was as clear as it could be (the information around genetic testing was still confusing, but not as much as it would�ve been without Spring�s help), and my partner and I both felt supported the entire time.
