Dr. Klatsky and his team are top notch- clear communicators and I never felt like I was in this alone. An overall amazing experience

Such a warm environment, competent team and wonderful provider in Dr Klatsky! It�s been a blessing to work with him and to have found this practice.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for the whole team at Spring Fertility. Throughout the process I have felt supported by everyone. I never met a doctor and instantly felt a connection, and that was my experience with Dr. Fischer. I am an anxious person in general and very anxious about this process, and she and the team have all been so amazing at easing my concerns. Special thanks to Samantha who is so responsive and has been speaking with me almost everyday recently as additional questions have come up for me. In terms of the egg retrieval, I feel so grateful for how smooth the procedure went and for all of the support I received from the many team members I interacted with that day.

I was super impressed & satisfied with my doctor care & the overall medical care. However, I was incredibly disappointed with the organization of the care team. Every single appointment was moved to a new time after I had made one without checking with me about the new time. I started telling the medical assistant what times wouldn�t work if they had to reschedule, then the new appointment would be made in that time slot anyway. I was also given WRONG instructions from the care team about when I should take my morning shots. I was unsure of their instruction I ended up calling the nurse to double check, and she told me the instruction I was given was wrong. Overall - the scheduling team seems unorganized & a terrible fit for a working woman. I�m disappointed because my first round of egg freezing in February was so much smoother than my second. Due to this, even though I loved Dr Hancock, I�m not sure if I would recommend Spring to friends.
