I have had an overall good experience at Spring- everyone is kind and appointments were efficient. I like how available everyone is to answer questions. One issue I had was the phlebotomists cannot do their job well- both my arms were bruised by one of them - one day I left and I bled all over after the blood draw, which isn�t acceptable! It was hard to find a vein at future blood draws because of this. I liked Alto as the pharmacy but with my Progyny insurance I found it difficult to place the orders later in my cycle, I had to keep reordering every day to have enough medication. My cycle was much less successful than could�ve been predicted given my normal baseline AFC so it was fairly frustrating to not really understand what went wrong in the process and not really having an explanation was frustrating.

Would have liked the doctor of the hour to have been more clear. Within my calendar it showed that I was seeing my doctor but that didn�t end up being the case. This was communicated to me 1 minute prior to the male doctor walking into the room (and I picked a female doctor on purpose).
