Team and everyone was very nice! I had to wait 15mins to be seen but that was my only qualm. When I called to book my appointment, the rep mentioned the team is usually on time and can take an hour or less. I ended up leaving maybe an hour and a half later. Im not mad though, the consult was thorough and informative!

Overall, I really like Spring Fertility, it my 3rd fertility clinic that I have received treatment with. There are a few things that I think could have gone a little smoother in the process: 1) More timely communication from my patient navigator as well as her being more on top of my case. There were a few times I sent messages and it took a couple of days to receive a response. Also, There were outstanding items, that I had to stay on top of for her and remind her of them, felt like if I wasn't managing her, things would have slipped through the cracks. 2) I had sent some questions specifically wanting my doctor, Dr. Fischer to look at and provide responses to which I noted in my message, and instead had a nurse respond saying, "I will relay your questions to Dr. Fischer, but..." and then proceeded to answer them herself. I never heard back again with responses from Dr. Fischer herself. I even wrote back again and said, I would really appreciate the questions being relayed to Dr. Fischer for her responses. Never got anything back from that. 3) I have been through 4 egg retrievals thus far, and really appreciated the comfort, confidence, and support of coming in for monitoring appointments daily as it gets close to the trigger. I called up on what would be my Day 10 which I was not scheduled for a monitoring appointment, and asked to come in even though Dr. Fischer didn't put me on the schedule, I was told I could not come in. I asked again to come in, thinking that if a patient calls up and asks her doctor to be monitored, would the doctor really say no? The nurse on duty put me on hold for little bit and then when she returned told me I could not allowed to come in for a monitoring appointment on my Day 10 of the stim cycle. I thought that was pretty awful.

Had a great experience. Spring Fertility with its modern, posh, extended beyond the waiting area and into the exam rooms and insemination room. It was a great experience, and the teams were all smiles all the time. There is something truly special about this place. The moment you walk in, the warmth, the smiles, and the professionalism make you feel completely at peace. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are not just doing their jobs they genuinely care. The environment is clean, beautiful, and so well arranged that you instantly feel comfortable and stress-free. I have never experienced this level of care anywhere else. This facility feels like a home away from home, and I am so thankful for every single person here. You are simply the best.
