I love Dr. Klatsky and there�s no one else I would rather have during this process than him. Danielle, my nurse, has also been wonderful and patient with my many questions, along with the whole care team. I particularly appreciated the warmth everyone showed me on the day of my transfer and hope that helps make it successful!

I�ve felt supported and informed throughout the process

I really loved the doctor and the entire care team. The only thing I think could have maybe been communicated differently is the impact of doing the treatment with my nexplanon in. I explained that I could remove it if it would make it easier, since I am up for a replacement, but I was told no big deal, then I understood after talking with Dr Fischer later in the process that the Novarel prescribed was to counter the nexplanon and is what caused my recovery to take longer. I think my symptoms were manageable and the team gave me medicine and steps to counter the side effects, but if I had understood ealier that the Novarel would not be needed if I removed the nexplanon before treatment I may had made that choice differently

The transfer was easy and the staff was fantastic

Dr Hancock, Nerissa and Hannah were incredible and made this process feel so much lighter than it could have been. I felt truly cared for, and wish everyone doctor's experience was like this. So grateful to this team, and the nurses in the office drawing blood. Spring is incredible and breaks the mold for what a cold clinical experience can be.
