Spring was recommended to me by a friend who did her egg friezing in SF. My experience with NYC Spring is so so. The doctor and nurse were great. However the scheduling / admin and app so far are not straightforward. I am constantly asked to sign forms and fill forms on the app. I also receive emails and messages everyday from customer service which feels like I am being spammed (note: I have not signed up for egg friezing yet). I have asked several times about how much the bloodwork for the initial consult will cost and been promised itemized bills, but no clarity on costs is provided. The doctor was 20 min late to the appointment. On the phone I had been told that my partner would have to be scheduled at a different time than me when in fact when we arrived front desk asked him to be signed up as a patient. Overall the medical service seems solid, but the booking system, admin and non medical staff is not inspiring me confidence.

Some of the phlebotomists move way too quickly. I had terrible bruises one arm because she rushed. the majority were great and I had no problems

Did not get informed on anesthesia reaction during egg retrieval process even though blood pressure was too low when I woke up.

Overall fantastic experience just wish more information was shared during the process with egg count, side effects and recovery time/length of process.

I can my say enough positive things. After having a historically poor experience with most healthcare facilities in NYC, walking into Spring, I immediately felt at easy. Every single staff member (I interacted with about 5-6 people) was warm and kind and human. They took care of my partner after he unexpectedly almost fainted. The visit came with its own stressors and they couldnt have made me feel more well taken care of. Also the facility itself is lovely immaculately clean, calm, and sunny. I was impressed by the entire operation. What a relief.
