I can my say enough positive things. After having a historically poor experience with most healthcare facilities in NYC, walking into Spring, I immediately felt at easy. Every single staff member (I interacted with about 5-6 people) was warm and kind and human. They took care of my partner after he unexpectedly almost fainted. The visit came with its own stressors and they couldn�t have made me feel more well taken care of. Also the facility itself is lovely � immaculately clean, calm, and sunny. I was impressed by the entire operation. What a relief.

I had a fantastic experience, loved care team, and would highly recommend to anyone. The Salve app was fantastic too and made everything very easy.

I couldn�t recommend Spring Fertility enough. Every single interaction from receptionist, nurse and especially Dr Fischer has been phenomenal. In my many visits, I have never had a bad interaction from anyone. Everyone is so caring, friendly and kind. Spring ensures that I�m kept informed every step of the way. I love how fast and responsive my care team is on the app. I had previously gone to another fertility clinic before, which was so bad I stopped my fertility journey. I am so happy I found Spring because they truly care about their patients.

I wish there was more of a focus on communication to patients and less multitasking on phone appointments with doctors.

It�s just such a relief, especially when spending so much money, to be met with utter skill and competence. That�s exceedingly rare in all industries lately, it seems, and I truly have only nice words for my experience with Spring. I�ve already mentioned it to a lot of people!

I was sad to not have Dr Klatsky there that day, but Dr Hancock was of course wonderful too. And the two nurses that day (sorry I forgot their names!) were so kind to me and my mom. It was a seamless and calm transfer experience - thank you!

I wish costs were more apparent upfront. Several times we showed up to Spring and had to make payments that we didn't anticipate and/or were contacted by another lab to pay them. I'd rather everything be bundled into 1 fee and for Spring to handle the rest. It felt like I was always paying a bill that I wasn't aware of. It's also incredibly expensive for any of these treatments (as you know) and I wish it was more affordable. That's more of a country problem than a Spring problem :)

The experience was amazing!! I felt safe and well taken care of by both dr klatsky and my nurse Danielle! I loved how every appointment was on time and efficient and I always felt safe asking questions. Truly a 10/10 experience thank you ??

I had a wonderful experience with Spring. I felt extremely cared for and the team was super attentive. One small note is I didn�t realize until far along into the process that the medications were a separate cost from the overall procedure. I acknowledge this is written out/made clear in the contracts I signed, but it might have been helpful to have it spelled out more clearly verbally during the initial consultation. Otherwise everything was really really great!
