All staff were excellent, my care team was very supportive through the process. The retrieval experience was comfortable and positive.

I love Spring! My only tiny complaints are about communication & tech. It would be great to have the injection steps in written text below each video (rather than hitting play and pause while holding things). I also really wish there was one, centralized tech platform you could access via computer vs. the multiple platforms/needing to use a phone-only technology.

You should use Zoom and email. Having clients use new apps (like RingCentral or Salve) may be easier for the doctor�s office, but it�s just annoying for patients

I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience at Spring! After having a frustrating experience at a different clinic where the care team was not responsive, I decided to do a consult at Spring. From the moment I walked in to the days following my retrieval, I felt immediate comfort. The entire care team was responsive, warm, and attentive throughout my experience. Switching to Spring was the smartest decision I could have made.
