I would suggest that�s the calendars shared by the patient navigator are checked by a doctor before sending. My first calendar was obviously calculated using a generic set of numbers and didn�t account for my cycle length or feedback reviewed during my first consultation. Overall, spring was amazing and dr Fischer was incredible but I feel like the side effects and impact to day to day life was brushed over as not being too inconvenient when the reality is it impacts everybody differently and there�s no way I could have managed a team of people / done my job through the whole cycle and recovery. It�s also worth noting to patients that yes you have a dedicated care team but the likelihood of you seeing them at each visit is around 50%. This depends on coverage and availability, which is completely reasonable but I didn�t meet my nurse Maggie once and I had dr Fischer for 50% of my check ups.m, something worth flagging to patient before the cycle begins. It was a very supportive, warm, and easy (as much as it can be) experience! I especially appreciated how gentle and informative Dr. Yoder and I felt completely cared for. The videos on how to take the medications were thorough and helpful, and I especially appreciated the webinar before starting the treatment.

My only feedback would be that the appointments for the ultrasounds felt rushed and Salve is not very user friendly. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I loved it! Tough process but everything was clear, straight forward and the office is so fancy. Dr Yoder is so kind and the nurses were really nice. I have horrible veins so the blood draws were tough but I made it through! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Hancock and her team were phenomenal. I did this process completely alone but each time I went into the office I felt so comforted and overwhelmingly happy. Thank you for the impact you�re making to women and families!!

Don�t need the long injection instructions video beforehand� it was repetitive. The short videos before each medication were very helpful. The alto pharmacy delivery app kept prompting me to order more mediciations even when I didn�t exactly need them (but could have been user error with my dates/doses)
