Some providers were not good at drawing blood and did not have good bedside manners.

Everything was truly wonderful! Only note I have is (at least for me since it was my first time going under) would be to explain exactly what will happen upon entering the procedure room. It was a little chaotic and stressful not knowing everything was going to happen all at once.

Dr. Yoder has been my familys fertility doctor for two embryo transfers now, and we are so grateful for her-both her experience and knowledge and ability to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Spring Fertility made my Fertility journey easier. I am so grateful

Thank you for all the care and attention!

Many many thanks to Dr Hancock, Hannah, Sharese and all the wonderful people at Spring!

The team are friendly and welcoming, and the space very clean and suitable. As we progressed through the process we realized how little had been clearly communicated to us. The videos on the spring site for the injections are very clear. No further support was provided by the team. There is a lack of transparency regarding the science and the different options for protocols and potential effects, no option to be involved in the decision making protocol but more like an experiment/trial and error approach, and what feels like a cavalier attitude to the time, money and physical impacts of unsuccessful rounds especially with a limit on how many we might be able to go through. I have had issues with the salve app on my phone and the portal does not have the messaging function so the team is happy to continue with email, however they are not responsive on email.

My experience was very good. Dr. Hancock and Hannah (the primary nurse I dealt with) were great!
