Dr. Hancock was excellent before and during my transfer process . She was really efficient and caring.

I had a really wonderful experience and would highly recommend Spring to anyone. The only negative experience I had was after an appt in which I was told by the on-call Dr that I was definitely triggering that evening, I had to call back around 4:30pm and the same Dr answered and spoke with me, but he was on a spin bike and completely out of breath to the point he couldn�t get words out. But rather than stop so he could communicate he just kept telling me he was on a bike. It was a stressful situation for me and it just seemed rude and uncaring to just continue to exercise while trying to have a conversation with a patient. But other than that I loved my regular Dr, Kolbe Hancock, she was the best!
