This has been an unbelievable experience. I felt safe and supported from the second I walked through the door until after I left post-retrieval. I can�t thank everyone enough, the front desk associates, nurses, Dr. Hancock, truly everyone!

Everyone was so great I love that you see the same doctor through the whole process and you get enough time with your doctor to discuss everything. The whole care team were awesome. Nurses so good. First time someone didn�t ruin all my veins trying to take blood!

Overall I had an incredibly positive experience. I am so appreciative of all the staff involved. Everything went incredibly smoothly, very attentive, quick to reply and an overall great and welcoming experience. Would highly recommend.

I loved my experience at spring. I�m obsessed with dr Fischer and Samantha and have told all of my friends when they want to go I�m going with them so that I can come and visit. I felt very attended to, very supported, and very comfortable asking any questions I had!

I absolutely loved my experience with Spring. My only recommendation would be moving forward to give people recommendations on what not to do prior to retrieval. It was never communicated to me that I shouldn�t take my medications or drink alcohol prior.
