The only thing that wasn't five star about the entire process was the fact that there are multiple apps to download and forms on different platforms. Feels overly complicated.

The Phlebotomist & the personal care person get my biggest applause. I�m VERY squeamish & faint w/ bloodwork, & really most medical tests/procedures. The Phlebotomist wasn�t patronizing & great at distraction, but also being normal about it.

Was misinformed about the lab closures in December.

My experience with Sprig has been great. Dr. Klatsky made it very comfortable and peaceful for my transfer. I liked the music and his peaceful energy was appreciated. Hoping for good news!
