I felt safe, comfortable and extremely supported though I had an unexpected and challenging situation during the process. I�m so glad I was at Spring and under Dr. Fischer�s care when the unexpected and scary happened as I couldn�t have asked for a more kind, patient and attentive doctor and team through what was an extremely scary and sad situation. I wouldn�t have had the courage to try twice had it not been for the trust that had been built with Spring and I am so glad I chose Spring to be my fertility partner in this journey. Thank you so much for the continued support.

I said it above, but I can�t say enough good things about our experience with you all. Especially about the responsiveness of the team as well as the teams compassion. Think if you work in this field, it is probably hard to maintain compassion and kindness to all the people that you work with, but the team did an incredible job of making us feel so cared for. On the day of my procedure, Ashley and Raissa we�re absolutely amazing and so sweet and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Just kudos to the whole team all the way around.

I had some issues ordering medicine refills on the weekend and had a very delayed response to my request to refill which caused stress due to the pharmacy�s limited weekend hours. Otherwise, I had an amazing experience and felt cared for and cared about in a supporting way.

I have personally had a lot of negative experiences with doctors. I selected Spring because it has such good customer care reviews. So far I have been impressed and very pleased with the level of care I've received. I was very nervous about persuing IVF but have so far felt very supported in the process. Thank you!

Once again I thank you all for the positive experience even with a negative negative outcome in several ways. Meaning that we weren�t able to get my larger egg out during the retrieval because I ovulated early and even with trying to conceive naturally with the egg they�re ready we failed with that too. My biggest piece of feedback is to ensure that when the nurses call and leave a voicemail that they do not inform us. On the day of my retrieval the nurse called and told me that the egg was fertilized and that was not true and I ended up telling a lot of people that but it was wrong. It would have been better to be more scientifically accurate by saying that the egg was injected with the sperm via the ICSI PROCESS AND WE WON�T KNOW UNTIL THE NEXT DAY IF THE EGG ACTUALLY FERTILIZED. I apologize and I don�t know why it capitalized the last part of that last sentence because I am using talk to text. :) all the best and thank you. Positive prayers for a positive outcome next time.
