Once again I thank you all for the positive experience even with a negative negative outcome in several ways. Meaning that we werent able to get my larger egg out during the retrieval because I ovulated early and even with trying to conceive naturally with the egg theyre ready we failed with that too. My biggest piece of feedback is to ensure that when the nurses call and leave a voicemail that they do not inform us. On the day of my retrieval the nurse called and told me that the egg was fertilized and that was not true and I ended up telling a lot of people that but it was wrong. It would have been better to be more scientifically accurate by saying that the egg was injected with the sperm via the ICSI PROCESS AND WE WONT KNOW UNTIL THE NEXT DAY IF THE EGG ACTUALLY FERTILIZED. I apologize and I dont know why it capitalized the last part of that last sentence because I am using talk to text. :) all the best and thank you. Positive prayers for a positive outcome next time.

I have personally had a lot of negative experiences with doctors. I selected Spring because it has such good customer care reviews. So far I have been impressed and very pleased with the level of care I've received. I was very nervous about persuing IVF but have so far felt very supported in the process. Thank you!

This is my third cycle with spring and have on the whole had a great experience! There are a few things that I think could make the experience even better: 1) expectation setting on the timeline - I had a cyst at my baseline so my cycle was pushed out. I understand that this is unforeseen but it would be helpful to have this communicated as a possibility so that I could plan my schedule around all possible outcomes (eg my mom had booked flights already to be here for the original retrieval window). 2) expectation setting around eggs we would retrieve as the cycle progressed - the night of the trigger I was confused why we were triggering when my hormone levels were low and didnt get a great answer on expectations based on this. I ultimately only retrieved one egg in this cycle and think this would be an easier pill to swallow if expectations were set the days leading up to the retrieval on why we were triggering now / assumptions / risks etc. 3) communication around mental health post retrieval - after my retrievals Ive had severe anxiety and depression which I only knew was normal from talking with friends who had gone through the process. The first time around it was so bad I had to take 3 days off work. I think it would help patients to understand that these side effects are common and that things often get worse before they get better post retrieval. Happy to provide more details on any of this in person / over the phone!

Had the most horrible recovery and ended up in the ER the day after my retrieval. Nobody told me that I had a huge number of eggs and that I was at a higher risk of OHSS, no one prepared me for the kind of pain and debilitating weakness that Inexperienced for an entire week following the procedure. Nobody told me that I could get anemia as a side effect. I had to come in for 2 after care appointments after the procedure but I shouldnt even be charged for them but I probably will. Overall my experience was traumatic and I somewhat regret doing it.

That applies to my previous experience at Spring. After I got the information from the embryologist that none of my embryos were euploid, I would have appreciated an appointment with my doctor to discuss the outcome and the next stops. Initially I was offered one from the navigator more than ten days later. I had to insist to get a different appointment. I think after a bad outcome the clinic should organize a prompt appointment with the doctor to discuss what potentially went wrong and the next steps

Ive loved my experience at Spring! The communication is 10 out of 10 and everyone has made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It feels like theyve been rooting for me!

Im so happy I chose Spring! Ive felt so cared for every step of the process.

I already shared it on an email, but the only negative things was that I felt my team didnt have time to see me. You cut the only out for minoring appointments and didnt reduce the number of patients cycling at the same time or reduce the new patient consults during the busiest time of the year. You need a dedicate time for monitoring appointments that wont be overbooked with procedures and other things. Its uncomfortable to insists to the staff that you want to see your doctor and only your doctors even if they are completely booked. For some days its okay to see other doctors but close to the end I prefer to see my doctor. Every doctor at Spring and kind and skilled, but they dont know me or my case. And even if they dont make any decisions for my case swing them makes a difference.
