Overall I had an amazing experience at Spring! Every single member of the staff was so kind, friendly and warm, which made a process that can be difficult and sensitive much more tolerable. I will be recommending Spring to all of my friends!

Honestly have had a few bad experiences having blood drawn. Everyone is really great and kind but there's also a few nurses who seem not as well trained and who I noticed other patients would also seem to avoid and ask for someone else.

I had such a wonderful experience and felt so supported the entire way. I have been recommending that everyone I know looking into freezing their eggs do so at spring!

I had an incredible experience! The only feedback I have is I did start to feel a bit anxious the days leading up to my first injection. The information was made clear to me in the portal by the time I needed it, but I didn�t know if/when that information was coming through. I would have liked it a bit more in advance to feel better prepared.

The whole team at spring were truly lovely! From Dr Yoder to my nurse Erin, everyone was so patient and kind. The day of retrieval team were truly the best though, I never felt anxious, scared, or like I was going in for a surgery. The team was relaxed, reassuring despite my many anxious questions, and the facility was awesome, you don�t feel like you are in a scary hospital!
