I already shared it on an email, but the only negative things was that I felt my team didnt have time to see me. You cut the only out for minoring appointments and didnt reduce the number of patients cycling at the same time or reduce the new patient consults during the busiest time of the year. You need a dedicate time for monitoring appointments that wont be overbooked with procedures and other things. Its uncomfortable to insists to the staff that you want to see your doctor and only your doctors even if they are completely booked. For some days its okay to see other doctors but close to the end I prefer to see my doctor. Every doctor at Spring and kind and skilled, but they dont know me or my case. And even if they dont make any decisions for my case swing them makes a difference.

The care I received at Spring was exceptional and I cannot recommend Spring enough

Amazing staff!!!

Amazing staff!!!

Dr Fischer is incredible, her bedside manner is the best Ive experienced with any doctor. The team at Spring was amazing, the attention to detail to address me as a patient by name and not just another number made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you all!

I am beyond grateful for the care that Spring- specifically Dr. Fischer and my nurse Julia.

Dr. Fischer is amazing and everything went great, but just a couple of notes. There was a lot of back-and-forth about my insurance coverage (I have coverage), which was ultimately figured out on Springs end, but I was never told that Id need to pay and submit for reimbursement myself (since Spring was out-of-network; totally fine, I just didnt know!). It seemed these details were never properly relayed to the front desk team, either, because I had identical conversations with them upon check-in (including the same person twice in 24 hours) about payment, etc. (i.e., Will you be self-paying? Will you be using our medical package?). I was finally able to meet with Sara to go over everything and clarify, and her bedside manner was pretty terrible; it was the first time I was learning I needed to submit payment and get reimbursed (again, fine, I just didnt know!) and was told that if I didnt submit payment ASAP I was at risk of my retrieval being cancelled (at this point, I was about five days out from my retrieval date). It all added a frustrating layer to what was already a confusing process. All that said, Aaliyah was so helpful figuring everything out with the insurance coverage!

You guys are 1000x better than CCRM and Cornell. Thank you for treating me like a whole human !

I'm so glad my partner chose spring. It's been a really positive experience with a caring, attentive team. It's also the most queer and trans competent team I've ever worked with. The progesterone shortage was definitely a challenge; this was the only place where I would have like to see the care team be more prepared. I'm sure you're all having to deal with this more often then us, but I would have liked to see them have easy ways to share an electronic copy of the prescription as we played musical pharmacies. The one downside at spring (the only one that made us consider leaving an otherwise amazing practice) is the finance team. They're very hard to get in touch with, and were particularly unresponsive after we made our initial payment for the embryo transfer. They were very unwilling to work with us to allow us to submit our insurance from the beginning. At one point, a member of their team noted they would submit to our insurance because "Cigna doesn't cover infertility treatment." Fortunately, infertility isn't my issue so it didn't bother me much, but I found the use of "infertility treatment" to be pretty insensitive. We're still dealing with them, and it's continuing to be a huge source of stress. My partner is particularly knowledgeable about insurance, so it's not that we don't understand the process.
