With hindsight, it feels like the doctor should�ve had me make lifestyle modifications for a few months before starting the procedure, but instead assured me there would be �no issue to the outcome� despite starting a month after I stopped hormonal birth control, didn�t get my period, but because the follicles were �still small� decided to go ahead. To me that just feels like it wasn�t an optimal time to start when my body/hormones hadn�t settled and I WISH someone had paused and said, hmm let�s take this slowly and monitor you for a few months to figure out the right time to start. We will have to do this again and pay out of pocket again and it feels like it could�ve all been handled so much better

Overall, I thought my experience at Spring was fantastic. The team and environment were very welcoming, which made this whole process less stressful. The only negative aspect was I ended up getting significantly fewer eggs than my recent previous round at another top clinic. This was the only aspect that could be improved related to my Spring experience. Unfortunately it�s a very important aspect.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I�ve had many friends and family go through this with other providers and everything about Spring exceeded what I heard about their experiences and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I think it would have helped to see someone actually perform an injection in the training videos. Also, I found Alto difficult to work with. Most things about the process were great. Aaliyah, Maggie, Hannah, and Dr. Fischer were all very helpful.

Would be good for the nurse to monitor the prescriptions you have and advance warn you when you were about to run out of something, I've never ordered prescriptions in the USA before and it was quite confusing and inconvenient to be daily monitoring supplies. Recommend to make clear in the big contract that I sign a bit of signposting for the document as it is quite dense and I couldn't see the part where I had agreed whether to freeze eggs or embryos and that led to some last minute confusions and r� clarification say with the doctor.
